In order to be considered for the AVID program, you and your parents must complete all necessary forms on-line and submit by 4:00 pm on February 28, 2014. In addition, you must ask two teachers to complete on-line recommendation forms. Click on the links below to access the application. The links for the two teacher recommendations are located below as well.
Once everything is received and reviewed, you will be contacted for an oral interview. Incomplete applications will not be considered or scheduled for an interview.
