Westwood High is the recipient of an ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Math & Science Grant. Mr. Mehaffey of Blythewood Oil presented a check for $500 to the school which will be used to fund our new Robotics team. According to the company, "The ExxonMobil Foundation focuses on math and science education because they are — and will increasingly be — the universal languages of the global workplace and are critical tools for success in today’s high-tech world." Thanks to ExxonMobil and their local affiliate, Blythewood Oil, for this generous grant.
