Just a reminder to parents that physicals from the current school year will expire on June 30th, and must be updated before this time if athletes wish to continue to participating in any athletics activities at Westwood. Only the Richland Two Athletics Packet will be accepted, and all student, parent, and physician information must be completed for the packet to be valid. MedCare Urgent Care on Two Notch Road is providing physicals through August 31st at a cost of $20 ($5 donated back to the school) with the presentation of this form stating your child attends Westwood.
